I wanted to share an event and experience which elucidated to me how physically dangerous both positive and negative imagination can be at certain times if there is an assent and/or consent to them. ( meaning, if myself falls asleep in the imagination )
Some months ago when riding my recumbent trike down a busy road at the busiest time in the afternoon, an intersection was coming up with traffic lights, some meters away from the lights they were green, then a positive imaginated scene was offered to me and apparently there was an assent by me and then found myself hypnotised by it ( I joined with it and started interacting with the scene ).
Once coming out of being hypnotised I found myself in the middle of this intersection with vehicles all wanting to go and they had to wait for me. The light had actually turned red for me on approach but my self became hypnotised and hadn’t seen the change in colour.
After some reflection and contemplation it dawned on me when looking through my memory roll of events, that this kind of scene/event has happened on countless occasions and myself never giving it any truth at all, just said things like, Geez, that was close….
Also noticed that positive imagination doesn’t taste awful inside like negative imagination does, which is also why in the wrong geographical location/setting, positive imagination ( the assent to it ) can be more dangerous than negative as it tastes different inside and doesn’t have the same constricting feeling to it, meaning, that the alert that myself gets from negativity is t there when there is a positive scene/assent.
